4. Cum functioneaza formularul de contact4. How the contact form works
Formularul de pe contact.html trimite datele introduse catre backend-ul website-ului, care valideaza campurile obligatorii si directioneaza solicitarea catre adresa de contact configurata pentru OSOL, in mod uzual office@islaserv.ro.
The form on contact.html sends the submitted data to the website backend, which validates the required fields and routes the enquiry to the configured OSOL contact address, typically office@islaserv.ro.
Pentru protectie anti-spam, formularul poate folosi un camp tehnic ascuns si, daca este configurat pe server, serviciul Google reCAPTCHA. In acest din urma caz, anumite date tehnice pot fi schimbate cu Google exclusiv pentru verificarea caracterului legitim al trimiterii.
For anti-spam protection, the form may use a hidden technical field and, if configured on the server, the Google reCAPTCHA service. In that case, certain technical data may be exchanged with Google strictly to verify that the submission is legitimate.

Daca vor exista transferuri internationale de date, vor fi utilizate mecanisme adecvate de protectie, conform GDPR.
